We arrived 5 bags still in tow into a city so gridlocked that our taxi came to a standstill and we had to get out and walk just under 1km to our hotel. Despite the haul of luggage all could be forgiven as the views, the afternoon sun & breeze more than made up for it (but hey I wasn't carrying the bags after all so maybe I shouldn't comment). We squeezed into our nice centrally located hotel looked out the window at our painted view of the city and sighed ....ahhhh all is well in the world today no time for rest let's explore.

Paris and its sights are magnetic it doesn't matter how many times you go to the Effiel tower,  the Champs Elysee, or The Jardin Tuileries it never gets old that's because it is old and it's age is part of its charm. So we spent the day like tourists and walked the city we stopped off of course at the carousel and a few little cute areas with in the park to amuse the kids, before a self induced steak frite coma at Entrecote. We took a cheesy pic with Tour Effiel a boat ride on the Seine and 15km later our little heads hit the pillow resting well that night oh our feet too and to think tomorrow we go to Disneyland.
